Bee Haydu on why the FlyGirls story must be told!

"It is great that a project such as FlyGirls is making the country aware that women flew for the Army Air Corps in World War II.

Women flew every aircraft manufactured for WWII and in every capacity in the U.S. and Canada, allowing male pilots to be relieved for active duty. Women flew for both the Ferry Command and the Training Command.

Thank you FlyGirls!"
