Enjoy this treasure! Bob Hope's Christmas Eve Radio Special, which was transmitted to troops worldwide from Hollywood, California on December 24, 1943.
For sixty years, beginning in 1941, Bob Hope brought his variety show to the troops at home and in war zones overseas. The USO was close to his heart and he performed in 200 shows in his lifetime.
In October 1997, House Joint Resolution 75 was signed into law giving Bob Hope honorary veteran status for his years dedicated to his humanitarian work with the US military.
